Delivery & Returns

Toyots R Us has two locations the 4WD & Commercial yard is located in Cook Street, Sunshine West, Melbourne. The Passenger Vehicle yard is located on Castro Way in Derrimut, approximately 10 minutes away from each other. We offer free delivery for customers within the Melbourne metro area. Both locations have delivery services running twice a day Monday to Friday. Deliveries 

We also offer Australia wide delivery, we use various couriers to get your items to you depending on your location however usually we use TNT. Our experienced dispatch team will package your item to ensure it arrives in one piece. In most cases, your item is dispatched the same day payment is received. 

Just a tip in regards to express or overnight services available at checkout. Our dispatch department brings their A game to work every day and in most cases will get your item delivered to you on or around the same ETA as the quicker services. So unless it's life or death save yourself some money and select standard service.

With large & bulky items such as engines or gearboxes, we may require extra information such as the availability of a forklift at the delivery address. Please Keep in mind if the courier cannot complete the delivery because there is no way to remove the item from the vehicle the item will be returned to the depot. You can alternatively arrange to pick up your item from the closest depot where they can load it onto your vehicle or trailer for you. We can also deliver directly to your mechanic which is a popular option. If unsure about any of this, please contact us.

International shipping can be arranged for all of our items although we will need to be contacted directly prior to purchasing the item so we can give you an accurate quote.

Pick up is available at both locations. In most cases the part is on the shelf, however, there may be a short wait if the part is still on a vehicle. If you want to avoid waiting just give us a call prior to arrival so we can have it ready for you.

International freight can be arranged although we will need to be contacted directly prior to purchasing the item so we can get a quote for you.

If the item you purchased is different to what was advertised, is faulty or damaged the item may be returned and we will replace the item. These replacement parts will be sent at no extra cost. Please, if any of these issues occur contact us at the earliest opportunity so we are aware and can rectify the situation and get the replacement part to you as quickly as possible.

Each advert has a corresponding picture of the part, in most cases, the picture is the actual item you will receive. In cases where a clear shot of the part is not possible as it is still fitted to the vehicle, we may use a generic picture. Please rest assured you will receive the best quality second-hand part available.

To limit the inconvenience to you a replacement part is given top priority by our dispatch department, so the item is on its way to you on the quickest service available.  

Please note if the incorrect parts were ordered you will be charged for the return of the first item and the replacement part. Please ensure you are buying the correct part. Our salesmen are some of the most experienced in the industry, we know what goes wrong with these vehicles. To avoid buying the incorrect part due to a misdiagnosis ask us what we think. We are more than happy to help.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or misdiagnosis. If you are unsure what the issue is please have it diagnosed correctly or preferably bring the vehicle to us. From time to time our workshops will receive vehicles from Toyota Dealerships who were unable diagnose & fix the vehicle. We are yet to come across a vehicle we couldn't get back on the road.
